VRBO #240448 - A comfortable residence, this charming ranch has all the amenities for a perfect vacation. It's quiet location is 1.5 miles from town, yet not too far to bike or walk in when needed. Beaches, ponds, the lagoon, and other recreational facilities are also easily accessible if you want to hop on the bike path (just around the corner) or take a brisk walk. Park on property, several cars. If you have difficulty obtaining ferry tickets I may be able to supply them for some weeks.
Nicely refinished hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and bath, air conditioning in every room, free washer and dryer, private wooded back yard deck & deck with gas grill & an amazing outdoor shower. TV in the living room with DVD/VCR, video games, high speed wireless internet (WiFi). The house has three bedrooms and will sleep 7 people comfortably. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, (twin size on top, double bed on bottom). The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full size pullout in the living room, as well. Oversized closets and dressers are in each bedroom. Kitchen and Bathroom recently upgraded and remodeled with a lot of new paint, refinished floors, new mattresses, new bedroom furniture, the house is clean and comfortable.
Save money renting bikes or Kayaks.. and use mine! One two seater Kayak and one single seater, both are sit on top. I have paddles and life jackets. For the bikes, I have assorted helmets ..not to mention badminton, croquet, clamming rakes, fishing poles, board games, ping pong, etc. Going to the beach.. use my beach chairs, several varieties.Read more

The home was lovingly restored to it's original splendor by the owners, keeping all the architectural features. The working fireplace is a delight on chilly evenings, the candle light dining room is wonderfully cozy to entertain friends. A spacious screened in porch allows al fresco dinning, a quiet location to read the book you have been meaning to read for the last year but never had time. The bedrooms are bright and airy with shutters and ample closet space. The outdoor shower is great for when you return from the beach. There is a gas barbecue in the backyard and an area for outdoor dining. Ample parking. All tenants must agree to sign my own lease and if they have children under the age of 6 years old they have to sign a “Lead waiver agreement “, this is a Massachusetts State law as the house was built in 1876 there is a good possibility that lead paint was used at some point in it’s history.

Modern and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 Bath house near the Vineyard Haven ferry and beach. It's a .75 mile walk to the ferry so ditch the car and rent some bikes!
Modern, comfortable design with lots of light. Airy, open concept layout with a spacious eat in kitchen. It's full of amenities like dishwasher, laundry, ice machine, flat screen television and more.
Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. We can add a twin size bed to the third bedroom. There are two pullout queen size beds in the living room.
The first bathroom is large and luxurious with a deep soaking tub and a huge walk in shower. The second bathroom has a deep jetted tub, shower and double sink.
The kitchen is user friendly with everything you need to cook up a feast. Stainless appliances, wall over, gas stovetop and quartz countertops or you can BBQ on the screened back porch.
We designed an arbor in the front of the house with benches to wait for the bus if you want to leave your car behind. It's all custom designed to be functional and beautiful.
We're on a busy street so we've fully fenced the yard for seclusion and the insulated windows block most of the noise.
